Weird Comic Book Moments

From Incredible Hulk #8 (volume 72 or whatever):

For some reason, right in the middle of the story, artist Steve Dillon draws a tiny little Hulk running on top of the Punisher's car. I swear, in the rest of the story, he's normal sized.  I don't get it.
