Fantastic Four 199

FF #199 from October 1978.  "The Son of Doctor Doom" by Marv Wolfman and Keith Pollard.
If you can imagine Dr. Doom with a crown on his head, you would think it would look strange.  Keith Pollard gets the task of drawing Doom with a crown on, and from far away, it doesn't look so crazy.

In the next panel, its covered by a word balloon, and after that, he takes it off.

Weird Comic Book Moments

From Incredible Hulk #8 (volume 72 or whatever):

For some reason, right in the middle of the story, artist Steve Dillon draws a tiny little Hulk running on top of the Punisher's car. I swear, in the rest of the story, he's normal sized.  I don't get it.

Fantastic Four 195

FF #195 from June 1978.  "Beware the Ravaging Retrievers!" By Marv Wolfman and Keith Pollard.
Impossible Man says "I want to be with YOU again."
What! When was he ever with her?
By the way, I agree with Sue.  I'm fed up with Impossible Man.

So what exactly was the deal with Ben and his old pilot buddy, Desmond? Don't ask, don't tell.
